Robert practices in the areas of property, portfolio leasing, construction advice and documentation, land subdivision, joint ventures, corporate advisory, contract review and airport regulation and airport development.

Since 1 January 2002, Robert has acted for Bankstown Airport and Camden Airport (including whilst these entities were wholly owned Federal Government businesses) and for Moorabbin Airport Corporation. Robert has also been one of the leading providers of legal advice in relation to Native Title law which is a relatively new and still evolving area of land law.

Robert has also developed a significant private client practice during his 27 plus years of practice including work in connection with business establishment though to estate planning.

Adam’s experience extends to corporate, commercial, property and leasing law as well as insurance law (including coverage advice and third party claims). He has extensive experience in commercial litigation with a focus on risk minimisation and the need to strike a critical commercial balance between advancing client interests and providing cost effective legal services.

He has appeared in matters at Local, District, Supreme and Appeals Courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia.

Alex was admitted to legal practice in 2000 and brings over 20 years of experience to the Business, Corporate and Commercial Group.

His experience includes the practice of commercial law, employment law, property and leasing law as well as commercial litigation in each discipline, with risk minimisation prior to the inception of disputes as a primary focus, results-focussed outcomes where litigation cannot be avoided, and at all times appreciating the need to strike a critical commercial balance between advancing his clients' interests and providing cost effective litigation, dispute resolution and commercial legal service.
